- Unless otherwise arranged lessons are delivered in blocks of 60 minutes and charged at the rate previously agreed
- The appropriate lesson fee must be paid at the start of every lesson at the latest. We reserve the right to vary lesson fees and undertake to give not less than one week notice in such an eventuality.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required when a student wishes to cancel a lesson. Late cancellations will be charged at the normal rate.
- By booking a lesson with North Cornwall Driver Training you certify that you hold a valid suitable licence for category B vehicles (cars) and undertake to make that document available for inspection by us at our discretion.
- We would ask that you take our advice as to when it is most appropriate to apply for your Driving Test. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that you are ready to take your Driving Test no guarantee of success is given or implied.
- The Driving Test fee paid to the DSA does not include the use of the tuition car or any training or practice before the test which is charged separately.

- We also reserve the right to refuse to conduct a lesson if we believe that a student is under the influence of drink or drugs, or does not meet any other statutory requirement to drive on the road.
- We reserve the right to make any other reasonable adjustment to our practices and services from time to time at our discretion.
